4. Engagement Terms

4.1 Hourly Plan

For hourly engagements, services are billed weekly in USD based on actual hours worked. A minimum of 16 hours per week is required. Hours worked are documented via daily timesheets shared with the client.

4.2 Dedicated Staff Plan

For dedicated staff engagements, a monthly fee is charged in advance. Pricing is based on the role and experience level of the assigned staff member. The dedicated staff member works exclusively on your firm's accounts during agreed working hours.

4.3 Notice Period

A 9-week notice period is required to terminate any ongoing engagement. This ensures an orderly transition and handover of all work and documentation.

5. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to perform our services effectively, you agree to:

  • Provide timely access to required systems, software, and data
  • Respond to queries and requests for information within a reasonable timeframe
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of source documents and information provided
  • Review and approve work within the agreed timeframe
  • Notify us promptly of any changes that may affect the scope of work

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding each other's business information, client data, and proprietary processes. All our staff members sign NDAs before accessing any client data. Full details of our data handling practices are set out in our Privacy Policy and Data Security pages.

7. Intellectual Property

We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from errors in data provided by the client or from reliance on our outputs without independent professional verification.

Our services are not a substitute for the advice of a licensed CPA or accountant. We support your practice β€” final professional responsibility remains with the qualified accountant overseeing the engagement.

9. Payment Terms

  • Hourly plan: Invoiced weekly in USD, payable within 7 days of invoice

  • Late payments may result in suspension of services
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes

10. Termination
